Join the Power of Positivity: Part II

A 24-Hour Challenge to Refrain from Negativity

I’m thrilled by the number of people who have reached out to me privately and publicly to join this challenge. It’s a testament to our shared commitment to personal growth and positivity.

As many of you shared with me, and I experienced myself, it’s not an easy challenge. But that’s okay because you’ve shown the courage to participate and the passion to continue.

Implementing changes in our lives can feel daunting.

Why? Because when we shift our consciousness, our ego often resists.

When we strive to maintain positivity and avoid negativity, our ego tries to pull us back into old, familiar behaviors, leading to feelings of failure when we slip up.

But remember, you’re not failing; you’re learning a new way of being, which requires time, patience, and consistency.

When we commit to shifting our consciousness — staying present, practicing self-love, and learning to detach from our emotions so we can respond rather than react — the universe will present challenges to test our commitment.

Many interpret these tests as negative and wonder why the universe seems unsupportive, leading to impulsive reactions.

I’ve often experienced frustration before fully grasping the principles of consciousness and universal law.

The truth is that the universe tests us to enhance our endurance and guide us toward a state of higher awareness and alignment.

Achieving this transition requires practice and consistency.

Just like building muscle mass requires consistent workouts, developing awareness demands ongoing effort.

Eventually, you’ll reach a level of refined awareness where you can remain centered even in the midst of negativity without being swayed by it.

But why do we perceive slipping up in a challenge as a failure?

Because our ego often interprets setbacks as failures when, in fact, they’re opportunities to enhance our resilience toward negativity.

Changing ingrained behaviors takes time, patience, and heightened awareness.

When faced with these challenges, it can feel like a betrayal from the universe. However, it’s actually a gift, as it brings newfound awareness and the ability to practice self-love and start again.

With this awareness, we can trace the origins of our behaviors and choose whether to keep or release them.

Living in an imperfect world filled with darkness and negativity doesn’t mean we have to engage with it.

We have the power to choose differently.

When triggered, it’s important to reflect on why we’re reacting and where those emotions stem from. By identifying the source, we can observe and heal it, thanking the universe for bringing it into our consciousness.

Remember, embracing change and overcoming challenges isn’t easy — it’s called a challenge for a reason.

Each day, you are refining your awareness and strengthening your resilience.

With time, patience, and consistency, you’ll master the art of staying centered.

Every effort toward positivity and resilience is a victory.

When we fall back into negativity, it’s not a failure but an opportunity to learn and grow.

So, keep striving, keep growing, and keep shining your light on others.

Most of all, celebrate your wins and keep up the good work!

And when you slip, say to yourself, “Thank you universe for giving me another chance. I AM stronger and more resilient with each lesson. I AM doing great!”

Let’s continue to support each other on this journey to our new selves and the impact we are making on the world!
